Presentation A patient presented for micturating cystourethrogram procedure. The finding was initially seen on radiographs and then confirmed on ultrasound.
 
 
 
Caption: Radiographs of the contrast filled bladder during MCU procedure
Description: The urinary bladder is completely filled with contrast. Superiorly within the bladder a small area of radiolucency is seen. This is suggestive of an air bubble that most likely was pushed into the bladder while filling it with contrast.

Description: The urinary bladder shows a focal area of bright reflective spec with a posterior ring down artifact. This is suggestive of a trapped air-bubble.
