Presentation A 59 year-old man presents with two palpable masses in right hemiscrotum. An ultrasound of the scrotum was performed.

Description: A rounded well-defined extra-testicular mass is seen in the left hemi-scrotum. The mass is hypoechoic as compared to the left testis, which is seen to be pushed inferiorly. A small left hydrocele is also seen.
