Presentation This is the ultrasound scan in a known case of non-Hodgkin lymphoma with increased alkaline phosphatase levels.

Follow Up A CT scan confirmed the ultrasound findings. Lymphomatous deposits were also found elsewhere in the abdomen. The pateint eventually expired.
