Presentation A young man presents with repeated urinary tract infections. An ultrasound was performed.

Description: The dilated right ureter can be traced upto its insertion. There is a cystic structure projecting within the urinary bladder, at the site of the ureteric insertion. This has a cyst within a cyst appearance, and is characteristic of a ureterocele.
