Case report

This is a case of a healthy G1 P0. Her family and personal history were both non-contributive.
Our ultrasound exams revealed multiple the subcutaneous cystic lesions on the left lower extremity. Both hands and feet seemed to be affected as well. Our diagnosis based on the findings was Klippel-Trenaunay-Weber syndrome.
The patient delivered at term and the postnatal findings confirmed our diagnosis.

Images 3,4: Image 3 shows a 3D-image of the malformed foot. Image 4 shows multiple cystic cutaneous and subcutaneous lesions of the lower extremity.

 

Images 5: Image shows hypertrophy of the soft tissue of the lower extremity.

 

Videos 1,2: Video 1 shows the abdominal cyst. Video 2 shows malformed, hypertrophic fingers.

 

Video 3,4: Videos show a lower extremity affected by a multiple subcutaneous cystic lesions.

 

Images 6,7: Images of the hands with cutaneous hemangiomata and hypertrophy of the fingers.

 

Images 8,9: Images of the affected left lower extremity with multiple cutaneous hemangiomata. Images correspond with the ultrasound findings.
