Case report

A 30-year-old G0P1, from a nonconsanguineous couple, presented for a second-trimester ultrasonography scan. The fetus had a unilateral right club hand. The parents opted for the termination of the pregnancy. Here are some of the 3D and postnatal images of the right hand that we obtained.
