* The department of Gynecology, Hôpital Félix Guyon  Sonographer, Hospital Felix Guyon Reunion Island, France

This is a 35-year-old woman, G3P2, without any relevant past obstetrical history. The first and second trimester screening were normal. At 34 weeks, a scan revealed an anechoic image located in the pelvis suggestive of an ovarian cyst. Inside the cyst, there was a hypoechogenic image suggestive of a hemorrhage. No ascites was present. A female baby was born at 38 weeks and underwent a surgery immediately. The left ovarian was necrotic and it was removed. The right ovary and the uterus were normal.
