Hydrops in twin pregnancy

These are two video-clips of a case of twins. The left twin has hydrops of unknown etiology (the patient refused autopsy and karyotype). The affected fetus demise caused the death of the co-twin 3 weeks after this clip was obtained (There is  a 3 MB clip and  a 1 MB clip they contain the same information, just different compression and size).
