This is a 18 years-old primigravida. She came to our service at 25 weeks to perform a MRI. A large herniation at the level of the thorax was identified on T2-weighted images . We could not clearly identify the members. The image of the limbs looks like artifacts on MRI. We performed an ultrasound in the same day, which showed us the presence of extra limbs, omphalocele and a cardiac malformation. A new MRI was done at 31 week, which showed kidneys within the mass. This pregnancy was terminated in the 38 week by C-section. The baby died on the second day.
