Introduction
Sonography of the Shoulder CD is an essential educational resource for musculoskeletal ultrasound. This unique CD ROM provides an anatomic and sonographic exploration of the shoulder through a combination of 3D animation, video and ultrasound imaging. The CD ROM is divided into three distinct areas: anatomy, scanning, pathology.
Top
Anatomy
Explore the anatomic relationships within the shoulder through the use of an interactive 3D anatomical model. Correlate the 3D anatomy with standard ultrasound views including labeled ultrasound images for each of the individual anatomical component.
Top
Scanning

Perform simulated scans for each anatomic component while exploring relationships between:
  1. Transducer alignment with anatomy
  2. Transducer alignment with the patient
  3. Transducer alignment with the ultrasound anatomy
