This is a routine scanning at + 20 weeks of gestation. A large lumbar spinal defect, including 5 levels, was demonstrated.
Associated findings included an atypical lemon sign (more pointy then the usual lemon-shaped skull) and bilateral clubfeet, a common association. A banana-sign could not be demonstrated. There is also a 5 MB videoclip of the exam,
