This is a video clip demonstrating a fetus with a complex mass containing both cystic and solid components as well as bony structures, characteristic of a sacrococcygeal teratoma.

These are the ultrasound images demonstrating the same.

This is a second video clip demonstrating the same pathology. The mass extends from the sacrum to the right thigh. This mass exhibits significant vascularity and has a high potential for malignancy.
